Welcome to ClawPulse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClawPulse website, pages, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ClawPulse

ClawPulse is a web application that collects, organizes, and displays information about open-source AI agent and related projects. The Service may show repository metadata, public project descriptions, AI-generated summaries, comparison views, and links to third-party websites such as GitHub and official project homepages.

ClawPulse may display information sourced from public repositories, project homepages, README files, metadata, and other third-party sources. Such content remains the responsibility of its original owners or publishers.

We do not claim ownership of third-party open-source projects, trademarks, logos, repository content, or documentation displayed through the Service. References to third-party projects are for discovery, indexing, analysis, and comparison purposes.

5. User Submissions

If you submit a project, repository name, link, or other content to ClawPulse, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to provide that information;
  • the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • your submission does not violate any law or third-party right.

You grant ClawPulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, adapt, and display submitted information as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some descriptions, tags, specifications, ratings, or summaries may be generated or assisted by AI based on public project materials. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should independently verify important technical, legal, security, or business information before relying on it.

7. Availability and Changes

We may add, change, pause, or remove features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may also update project records, ranking logic, comparison signals, and page content over time.

8. Intellectual Property

The ClawPulse Service, including its site design, software, structure, original text, and original compilation of data, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, except for third-party content owned by others.

You may use the Service for personal, informational, and internal business purposes. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of the Service itself without prior permission, except as allowed by law.

The Service may link to GitHub repositories, project websites, documentation, and other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, or availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawPulse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
